          Overview

          In this section you will find information pertaining to returns and cancellations policies based on the varying manufacturers policies. To cancel an order or request an RMA please contact us at info@ergowayshop.com or 717-220-7087. This following notice goes for any product purchased on our site. If you have any special shipping notes for shipping services when dropping off your product please call us ahead of time before purchasing so that we can alert the shipping service ahead of time. Otherwise we are not liable for any shipping errors.

           

          Clearlight

          RETURNS & REFUNDS

          Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is to note that all shipping charges for the returns must be taken in charge by the customer and that most items returned require a 25% restocking fee.

          For refund prior to shipping, an administration fee of 2.9% will be deducted from the refund.

          To be eligible for a return your item must fulfill the following conditions :

          1. You must contact our customer service agents so they give you a Return Authorization Number. (No credit or refund will be provided without a Return Authorization Number.)
          2. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it.
          3. Item must be in original packaging.

          PARTIAL REFUNDS

          There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

          1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
          2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

          REFUNDS (if applicable)

          Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

          If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

          LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

          If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow the steps below :

          1. Check your bank account again.
          2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
          3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

          SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

          Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (Unless otherwise indicated).

          EXCHANGES (if applicable)

          We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ergowayshop.com and we'll indicate the exact address where to ship the item.

          SHIPPING

          To return your product, you should first ask for a Return Authorization Number and if validated, we'll let you know the exact address at which the product must be sent.

          You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

          Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

          If you are shipping an item over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

           

          EgoFit

          If you are not satisfied with your Egofit Walker, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

          Because of the size and weight of the Egofit Walker Treadmill, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your treadmill. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $80 or more, depending on your location.

          If your Egofit Walker is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

          Return Policy

          •  If the chair does not operate correctly, Cozzia has the right to fix it
          • If the chair arrives damaged, Cozzia will ship the customer a new chair or send parts to fix it
          •  If customer wants to return the chair for whatever reason, the company that it was purchased from (Ergoway LLC) the customer will be responsible for the inbound and outbound freight, a 15% restocking fee, and a handling fee
          • There is a 30-day restocking time frame and items cannot be returned after 30 days
          • The customer needs to keep the carton if they are planning on returning the chair, one will not be provided

           

          Osaki and Titan Returns

          1. For all returning merchandise you must have RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) authorized by us.
          2. Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges. **This applies to cancellations if the order has been shipped**
          3. The product being returned must have all the original packaging and be in new resalable condition.
          4. All massage chairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
          5. The 30 day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the delivery date of product. No return of merchandise after this 30 day time window.
          6. In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of customer, replacement parts will be sent to the customer or a new unit based on a per case basis.
          7. All items not under the Titan Brand, a restocking fee of 20% will be added for any returns within 30 days of purchase.

           To prepare returns:

          1. Get your RMA number:

          3. You can also call us to expedite this process at 717-220-7087.
          4. Returning merchandise must have a copy of your invoice, and RMA written on the box of retuning merchandise.
          5. Choose the shipping company of your choice for return or call us to get a designated shipping company.
          6. Call us back with the tracking number of the returning merchandise.
          7. Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost.

           Easy Returns

          1. Please call 717-220-7087 and explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused.
          2. Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
          3. Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.

           Massage Chairs

          For all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility. No refunds after 30 days. You will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility. All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects with the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.

          CANCELLATIONS

          We usually ship orders next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.

           

          Synca Wellness

          RETURN POLICY:

          • Flat Fee Return - $250
          • No Restocking or Handling Fees
          • No Box $250 Charge

          RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES:

          • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
          • White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
          • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
          • Chair must return with no damages to qualify for the flat free return.
          • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.
          • Flat Fee Return policy only applies to products purchased at the advertised price which includes any on-site promos. Purchased made at negotiated prices can be returned in 30 days with a full refund minus any shipping charges.

          EXCHANGE POLICY

          Like our return policy, customers have 30 days to exchange their massage chair for another model. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. If the massage chair is defective, we will exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective chair, it cannot be returned.

          CANCELLATIONS

          Seville Classics 

          At the moment we are unable to accept any returns on Seville Classics orders. They only accept returns on items purchased directly from them. 

           

          Vivo

          Vivo offers a 30 day return policy. Any product being returned to us must have an RMA number included. Failure to include RMA number may result in delayed processing. Refunds or replacements may take up to 3-5 business days from receipt to be processed. Return shipping charges on items that are ordered in error or no longer needed are non-refundable. VIVO is not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for any return shipments. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed.            Our True Wave™ infrared emitters have an estimated operational life of 30,000 hours. Using your sauna 5 times per week your True Wave­­™ heaters can last up to 125 years. All of our sauna cabins are both kiln dried and air dried to 7% moisture content then each panel is pressed to ensure a lifetime free from warping or cracking.  All electrical components in your Jacuzzi® sauna are manufactured to our exacting standards and once your sauna comes out of production at our factory, it is setup, tested and run for several hours to ensure that it is in top working condition.

          In the rare event that you might have an issue with your sauna, our limited lifetime warranty covers the entire sauna – heaters, controls, electrical and wood… even the included audio system. You will never have to worry if anything should go wrong with your Jacuzzi® sauna.

          12 YEAR WARRANTY
          Your CoreChair is warranted against manufacturing defects for a full 12 years. Its structure and mechanisms have been rigorously tested to ensure they will continue to perform under normal conditions. It’s that simple. If the chair breaks and it’s determined that it was a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace your chair.Conditions:
          • User weight limit for warranty purposes is 250 pounds.
          • This warranty does not include normal wear and tear.
          • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the product from CoreChair or a CoreChair authorized dealer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase and owner. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the CoreChair to another, this warranty terminates and the subsequent owner accepts the product as is.

          The 2 Year Extended warranty extends the In-Home Service, Parts, & Labor for an additional 2 (two) years for a total of 5 years.

          To make a warranty claim always keep handy the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number as well as the order number on our website.

          Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle on our website comes with a 18 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.

          This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable.

          This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

          It is important that you register your new bicycle within 30 days after purchase in order to activate the warranty and provide a record of the serial number of your bike.

          TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY


          For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

          1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
          2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
          3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase as follows: full replacement during the first 12 months, while replacements needed during months 13-24 are prorated as per this schedule.

          The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
          4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

          5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

          Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.
          If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
          Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

          If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.
          Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.
          Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
          The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
          1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
          2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking 
          3. Acts in violation of laws 
          4. Never registered your ebike
          5. DIY repairs on electronics
          6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
          7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit 
          8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
          9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
          10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
          11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
          12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
          13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
          14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
          15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
          16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
          Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

          Vivo

          Vivo offers a 3 year warranty. Please note, the warranty period for items varies by product category. Warranty is applicable to items purchased through VIVO or a registered VIVO vendor selling through an affiliated third-party marketplace. Warranty includes product defects and does not include damages resulted from user error. Things that void a warranty and further business with VIVO include physical abuse of the item, improper use, permanent alterations, failure to return all pieces/parts, returns resulting in product damages due to insufficient packaging or swearing/threatening customer support.
          Please Note: Failure to report items that arrive damaged within 30 days of receipt may result in denial of reimbursement.

          ApexDesk

          For the Elite, Vortex and Flex Pro series, we have a limited 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all electrical/moving parts. All other parts carry a 5-year warranty. The Pneumatic Air Desk and ZT Risers carry a 1 year warranty.Warranty shall not apply to: products which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for or which have been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product. Misapplication, misuse, negligence will revoke the warranty.

          5. What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any damages due to:

          • transportation;
          • storage;
          • improper use (proper use is defined as being used as a chair in a home, office or other similar environment and not exposed to, or used for, outside applications);
          • failure to follow the product instructions;
          • failure to perform preventive maintenance;
          • modifications;
          • combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by us;
          • unauthorized repair;
          • normal wear and tear;
          • fading or failure to match colors, patterns, or dye lots; or
          • external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

          6. What is the Period of Coverage? The Warranty Period is one year from the date of purchase. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.

          7. What Are Your Remedies Under This Limited Warranty? With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products.

          8. How Do You Obtain Warranty Service? To obtain warranty service, you must email us at info@ergowayshop.com during the Warranty Period to obtain an RMA number. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number.

          Uncaged Ergonomics

           

          All Uncaged Ergonomic products come with a ninety-day, limited warranty.  We'll use the best method possible to get your stand back in working condition - either send replacement parts or an entirely new item.  Specific warranty details are included below.

          What Does This Warranty Cover? 

          Uncaged Ergonomics warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ergoway LLC within the Warranty Period, then, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Uncaged Ergonomics will either (1) repair the product at no charge, using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Uncaged Ergonomics may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Uncaged Ergonomics provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Uncaged Ergonomics, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Uncaged Ergonomics’ property. Parts provided by Uncaged Ergonomics in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Uncaged Ergonomics and becomes Uncaged Ergonomics’ property.

            

           

          Delivery Estimates:

          As a dropship company we have varying delivery times depending on the manufacturer. Our average delivery times for office products are anywhere from 3-5 business days. Our Clearlight Saunas have a delivery range of 3-5 weeks. Dundalk Leisurecraft Saunas currently take 10-14 weeks for delivery. Our Massage Chairs take 5-7 business days and we offer White Glove Delivery which takes 10-15 business days if you choose that option. 

          Order Confirmation:

          As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

          Order Shipment:

                  Overview

                  In this section you will find information pertaining to returns and cancellations policies based on the varying manufacturers policies. To cancel an order or request an RMA please contact us at info@ergowayshop.com or 717-220-7087. This following notice goes for any product purchased on our site. If you have any special shipping notes for shipping services when dropping off your product please call us ahead of time before purchasing so that we can alert the shipping service ahead of time. Otherwise we are not liable for any shipping errors.

                  RETURNS & REFUNDS

                  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is to note that all shipping charges for the returns must be taken in charge by the customer and that most items returned require a 25% restocking fee.

                  For refund prior to shipping, an administration fee of 2.9% will be deducted from the refund.

                  To be eligible for a return your item must fulfill the following conditions :

                  1. You must contact our customer service agents so they give you a Return Authorization Number. (No credit or refund will be provided without a Return Authorization Number.)
                  2. Item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it.
                  3. Item must be in original packaging.

                  PARTIAL REFUNDS

                  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

                  1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
                  2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

                  REFUNDS (if applicable)

                  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

                  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

                  LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

                  If you haven’t received a refund yet please follow the steps below :

                  1. Check your bank account again.
                  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
                  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

                  SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

                  Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (Unless otherwise indicated).

                  EXCHANGES (if applicable)

                  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ergowayshop.com and we'll indicate the exact address where to ship the item.

                  SHIPPING

                  To return your product, you should first ask for a Return Authorization Number and if validated, we'll let you know the exact address at which the product must be sent.

                  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

                  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

                  If you are shipping an item over $500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

                   

                  EgoFit

                  If you are not satisfied with your Egofit Walker, you can return it within 30 days upon receipt. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our limited warranty.

                  Because of the size and weight of the Egofit Walker Treadmill, we do not offer a refund for any shipping charges you may have paid to receive your treadmill. Returns will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $80 or more, depending on your location.

                  If your Egofit Walker is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee.

                  •  If the chair does not operate correctly, Cozzia has the right to fix it
                  • If the chair arrives damaged, Cozzia will ship the customer a new chair or send parts to fix it
                  •  If customer wants to return the chair for whatever reason, the company that it was purchased from (Ergoway LLC) the customer will be responsible for the inbound and outbound freight, a 15% restocking fee, and a handling fee
                  • There is a 30-day restocking time frame and items cannot be returned after 30 days
                  • The customer needs to keep the carton if they are planning on returning the chair, one will not be provided

                   

                  Osaki and Titan Returns

                  1. For all returning merchandise you must have RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) authorized by us.
                  2. Customers will be responsible for both, the original delivery and the return shipping charges. **This applies to cancellations if the order has been shipped**
                  3. The product being returned must have all the original packaging and be in new resalable condition.
                  4. All massage chairs can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
                  5. The 30 day time frame for acceptance of returning merchandise starts from the delivery date of product. No return of merchandise after this 30 day time window.
                  6. In case of shipping damage from our company to the delivery address of customer, replacement parts will be sent to the customer or a new unit based on a per case basis.
                  7. All items not under the Titan Brand, a restocking fee of 20% will be added for any returns within 30 days of purchase.

                   To prepare returns:

                  1. Get your RMA number:
                  2. Send us an email, stating that you have read our return policy to info@ergowayshop.com
                  3. You can also call us to expedite this process at 717-220-7087.
                  4. Returning merchandise must have a copy of your invoice, and RMA written on the box of retuning merchandise.
                  5. Choose the shipping company of your choice for return or call us to get a designated shipping company.
                  6. Call us back with the tracking number of the returning merchandise.
                  7. Product/merchandise must be insured for the possibility of damage/getting lost.

                   Easy Returns

                  1. Please call 717-220-7087 and explain the situation and get your RMA number on any item. If you send your return before contacting us without a RMA number, the return will be refused.
                  2. Put the packing list and your RMA number inside of your package with the item(s) to return. Make sure to include all parts and data sent with the package.
                  3. Tape box securely and mark with appropriate shipping address.

                   Massage Chairs

                  For all massage chairs we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility. No refunds after 30 days. You will be charged for ALL delivery and shipping charges. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges to and from our facility. All massage chair brands offer an exchange of a new unit if there are defects with the product (within 30 days). After 30 days, all of our chair manufacturers offer warranty service.

                  We usually ship orders next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.

                  • White Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your chair and want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
                  • Only orders in the contiguous US - It does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders or international orders.
                  • Chair must return with no damages to qualify for the flat free return.
                  • Financing Fees are non-refundable. These range from 10%-15%.
                  • Flat Fee Return policy only applies to products purchased at the advertised price which includes any on-site promos. Purchased made at negotiated prices can be returned in 30 days with a full refund minus any shipping charges.

                  EXCHANGE POLICY

                  Like our return policy, customers have 30 days to exchange their massage chair for another model. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. If the massage chair is defective, we will exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective chair, it cannot be returned.

                  CANCELLATIONS

                  We usually ship orders next day, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has shipped, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.

                  At the moment we are unable to accept any returns on Seville Classics orders. They only accept returns on items purchased directly from them.

                  Vivo offers a 30 day return policy. Any product being returned to us must have an RMA number included. Failure to include RMA number may result in delayed processing. Refunds or replacements may take up to 3-5 business days from receipt to be processed. Return shipping charges on items that are ordered in error or no longer needed are non-refundable. VIVO is not responsible for providing box(es) or packing materials for any return shipments. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be processed.                   Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle on our website comes with a 18 months warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.

                  This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable.

                  This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

                  TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY


                  For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

                  1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
                  2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
                  3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase as follows: full replacement during the first 12 months, while replacements needed during months 13-24 are prorated as per this schedule.

                  The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
                  4. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

                  5. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

                  Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.
                  If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.
                  Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

                  If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.

                  Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.
                  The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:
                  1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
                  2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking 
                  3. Acts in violation of laws 
                  4. Never registered your ebike
                  5. DIY repairs on electronics
                  6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
                  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit 
                  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
                  9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
                  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
                  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
                  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
                  13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
                  14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
                  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
                  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.
                  Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

                  Vivo

                  Vivo offers a 3 year warranty. Please note, the warranty period for items varies by product category. Warranty is applicable to items purchased through VIVO or a registered VIVO vendor selling through an affiliated third-party marketplace. Warranty includes product defects and does not include damages resulted from user error. Things that void a warranty and further business with VIVO include physical abuse of the item, improper use, permanent alterations, failure to return all pieces/parts, returns resulting in product damages due to insufficient packaging or swearing/threatening customer support.
                  Please Note: Failure to report items that arrive damaged within 30 days of receipt may result in denial of reimbursement.

                  ApexDesk

                  For the Elite, Vortex and Flex Pro series, we have a limited 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all electrical/moving parts. All other parts carry a 5-year warranty. The Pneumatic Air Desk and ZT Risers carry a 1 year warranty.Warranty shall not apply to: products which are used for a purpose other than which they were designed for or which have been altered in any way that would be detrimental to the performance or life of the product. Misapplication, misuse, negligence will revoke the warranty.

                  • failure to perform preventive maintenance;

                  • combination or use with any products, materials, processes, systems or other matter not provided or authorized in writing by us;
                  • unauthorized repair;
                  • normal wear and tear;
                  • fading or failure to match colors, patterns, or dye lots; or
                  • external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.

                  6. What is the Period of Coverage? The Warranty Period is one year from the date of purchase. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product.

                  7. What Are Your Remedies Under This Limited Warranty? With respect to any defective products during the Warranty Period, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (i) repair or replace such products (or the defective part) free of charge or (ii) refund the purchase price of such products. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if we elect to repair or replace the defective products.

                  All Uncaged Ergonomic products come with a ninety-day, limited warranty.  We'll use the best method possible to get your stand back in working condition - either send replacement parts or an entirely new item.  Specific warranty details are included below.

                  What Does This Warranty Cover? 

                  Uncaged Ergonomics warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Ergoway LLC within the Warranty Period, then, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, Uncaged Ergonomics will either (1) repair the product at no charge, using new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product. Uncaged Ergonomics may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that Uncaged Ergonomics provides in fulfillment of its warranty obligation. A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part that has been installed in accordance with instructions provided by Uncaged Ergonomics, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Uncaged Ergonomics’ property. Parts provided by Uncaged Ergonomics in fulfillment of its warranty obligation must be used in products for which warranty service is claimed. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Uncaged Ergonomics and becomes Uncaged Ergonomics’ property.

                    

                   

                  Delivery Estimates:

                  As a dropship company we have varying delivery times depending on the manufacturer. Our average delivery times for office products are anywhere from 3-5 business days. Our Clearlight Saunas have a delivery range of 3-5 weeks. Dundalk Leisurecraft Saunas currently take 10-14 weeks for delivery. Our Massage Chairs take 5-7 business days and we offer White Glove Delivery which takes 10-15 business days if you choose that option. 

                  Order Confirmation:

                  As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
